Personal Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing both business and personal administrative tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred for this role
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills are a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to utilize and use different AI tools
- Ability to travel when needed or required
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
